We know how essential our restoration and healing is for survival and organizing to shift the world we live in. We also know how essential it is for us to celebrate each other and our contributions to this embodied life. I offer you access to rest, rejuvenation, and vitality. 

I will guide you through a flow designed to tone and strengthen your body, bring clarity of mind, and leave you in your greatness. Throughout our practice and now, I share options and opportunities for adjustments: have a pillow or blanket nearby to help bring the earth closer to you, roll up a t-shirt to help extend your arms, turn on a small heater to warm up the room before and as you flow. 

Additionally, I weave in a meditation to center our focus on what it is that we set our intention to be.
