“Oh honey, He’s a Leo I could have told you where that was headed”. A line that we’ve heard far too often during chance encounters in powder rooms (especially when the speaker shares the same sign). The slander of “all Virgo are perfectionist control freaks” and “Pisces cry at any and everything” is rooted in what serves as a cancer (no pun intended) to all relationships; miscommunication and no effort to understand. To the population of us who read Seventeen or Cosmopolitan magazine since being a wee adolescence, Astrology has served as that first step into the occult. When a Sun sign no longer shines true and a bedside astrologer has failed to predict you working out with your Gemini, yet again, this starts a pilgrimage to seek out a new well of explanations from a suitable Guru. In this dating age that is Tinder, Bumble, and Hinge, Astrology is always in the background of the more eclectic person’s mind. A non-traditional explanation of human behavior, mannerism, and companionship. Rather it be a negative or a positive, people want a Cliffs Notes for the preferred communication style of their partner. Often the crossroad we’ll face along our journey can be decided by a variation of the following two questions: Will we accept what it is that we choose to believe as fact or refuse to stay dormant in the search for understanding and knowledge? One alternative is venture out and follow the March hare into a metaphysical wonderland that is Numerology.
Numerology can be simplified as any belief in the divine or mystical relationship between numbers.
The various symmetry between numbers and repeating patterns ranges from catching 11:11 on your phone, good things coming in threes and the contributing factor to your breakup based on you and your ex’s life paths. They share a space in the womb of communication, a challenge to interrupt a language with which you are unfamiliar. It’s an internally penetrating tool that aids in revealing the diverse and harmonious parts of we, loved ones and strangers. Highlighting the whole picture; personality, inner needs, talents, strengths and weakness all can be found in your numerical make up. From the moment of your birth limitless potential was bestowed upon you. Rather you choose to take the red or blue pill the reason will certainly be found in your numerical make up. Enjoying a lifelong partner without the institution of marriage is a common trait of a Seven Life Path. Valuing daily affirmations and access to your loved ones lean towards a Two Life Path and sensibilities. Each number vibrates differently and on multiple aspects of an individual’s energy, ranging from self-identity to dating preferences.
